Kingfisher Executives Visit China to Explore AI-Driven Retail Innovation
A senior delegation from Kingfisher, one of Europe’s leading home improvement retailers, visited China in early November to explore the country’s fast-advancing capabilities in digital retail, AI innovation, and supply chain automation.
During the visit, the delegation toured Alibaba Cloud’s headquarters in Hangzhou and the Wumart AI New Retail Store at Hangzhou Gongshu Wanda Plaza, a flagship location powered end-to-end by Dmall’s digital retail technologies.

As Alibaba Cloud’s designated retail best-practice partner for the visit, Dmall provided Kingfisher executives with a clear overview of its core innovations, from Dmall OS and AI-driven retail practices to recent advancements in warehouse automation.
