From September 4th to 6th, the 21st "Asia Pacific Retailers Convention & Exhibition" was successfully held in Colombo, Sri Lanka. DMALL, with its outstanding innovative performance, won the national award - the Best Innovation Award. This honor is a high recognition of DMALL's innovation in retail, and it is also an important representative of the continuous exploration and innovation in China's retail industry.

The award is evaluated by the conference organizers and retail industry experts, who score the company's business model and technical strength in terms of vision, uniqueness, applicability, and sustainability, and then determine the winner based on the comprehensive score.

It is understood that this is not the first time that DMALL has won an award in the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, DMALL has won the 2021 Asia Retail Awards - Best Corporate Social Responsibility Contribution of the Year and Best Omni-channel Strategy of the Year awarded by Asian Retail Magazine; and the 2022 Asia Retail Awards - Best Customer Service Solution of the Year, and many other honors.

The theme of this conference is: "Redefining Retail in the Asia-Pacific Region: From Transactions to Transformation". Marcus Spurrell, the Overseas Business Center of DMALL, made a keynote presentation, introducing DMALL's strategic thinking, core products and solutions, especially the various possibilities regarding innovation and the future, which received a warm response from the participants.

DMALL has a good market development in the Asia-Pacific region. By the end of 2023, DMALL has served 677 domestic and foreign customers, including well-known retail brands such as Hong Kong Milk Group (Wellcome, Mannings), SM Group, 7-Eleven, Lawson, etc. Its business model has been widely verified. In addition to mainland China, the covered areas include Hong Kong, China, Macau, China, Cambodia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, etc., and the overseas revenue has exceeded 100 million yuan.

The "Asia Pacific Retailers Convention & Exhibition" is the largest and oldest international conference and exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region, hosted by the Federation of Asia-Pacific Retailers Associations and organized by member units in turn. The conference is held every two years, and this is the 21st session. The Federation of Asia-Pacific Retailers Associations is composed of the most influential business (retail) associations from 18 countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific region. It has a history of 40 years and has been committed to promoting exchanges and cooperation in the retail industry in the Asia-Pacific region, advocating for innovative development to improve the overall level of the retail industry in the region.

At the 19th and 20th conferences, Zhang Wenzhong, the founder of DMALL, gave keynote speeches, expounding on the value of digitalization to retail and advocating that global retail enterprises actively embrace digitalization.
