On July 10, Great Wall Strategy Consultants released the "World Unicorn Enterprise Development Report 2024". As the leading drafting unit of the national standard for unicorn enterprises, Great Wall Strategy Consultants has released the "China Unicorn Enterprise List and Research Report" for eight consecutive times. This is the first study and sorting out of the latest development trends of unicorn enterprises worldwide.
The "Report" shows that in 2023, there were 1,201 unicorn enterprises globally, with more than 70% distributed in the United States (530) and China (375). DMALL凭借 its outstanding performance in the international market in recent years, entered the list as the number one in the enterprise digital operation track in China, ranking 229th in the overall list.
Previously, DMALL disclosed in its prospectus that from 2021 to 2023, its overseas revenues were 0.2 billion yuan, 0.8 billion yuan, and 1.2 billion yuan respectively.
As is well known, in the global SaaS market, European and American enterprises have been deeply cultivated for many years. It is not easy for Chinese SaaS enterprises to go abroad and get a share. It is even more rare to be able to break the existing pattern and achieve a revenue of over 100 million yuan. Zhang Wenzhong, the founder of DMALL, once publicly stated that it is very difficult to sell Chinese software services to Europe. We are proud that we have achieved it.
In DMALL's strategic plan, domestic and international businesses are to achieve dual-wheel drive, being equally important. Therefore, since its establishment in 2015, DMALL has deeply cultivated the domestic market. After the system was polished and the landing practice was successful, it began to explore the overseas market in 2020 and gradually gained recognition from world-renowned retailers such as Wellcome, Mannings, and SM Group.
For example, in Hong Kong, China, DMALL has created the very popular retail membership platform yuu among citizens. It not only improves the digital membership operation capabilities of enterprises such as Wellcome and Mannings, but also changes citizens' dependence on cash and physical cards, driving the overall digital transformation of the retail industry in Hong Kong.
In DMALL's digital system, modules such as intelligent cashiering, member marketing, automatic replenishment, and logistics distribution have been implemented in international retail enterprises and have achieved good practical results.
As of December 31, 2023, DMALL has covered 8 countries or regions, including mainland China, Hong Kong, China, Macao, China, Cambodia, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Poland.
