Tian Hao, the vice president of DMALL, and Zhang Yu, the person in charge of the East China region of DMALL, respectively shared practical cases of digital transformation of retail enterprises. Among them, after Wumart achieved comprehensive digitalization, the proportion of digital members exceeded 80%, the proportion of online sales exceeded 30%, the on-time fulfillment rate was over 99%, the out-of-stock rate dropped to below 2%, and the inventory turnover days dropped to below 20 days; After Guangdong 7-Eleven fully switched to DMALL OS, from December 2020 to December 2021, the online sales increased by 254%, and the omni-channel sales increased by 12%; After Metro launched the DMALL OS system, during the 618 period in 2022, the sales of the APP's online business increased by nearly 6 times. In the first half of 2023, Metro's total electricity consumption decreased by 3.22% compared with the same period last year, saving 3.4 million kWh; The digital supply chain of Zhongbai Group helped the investment promotion target to be exceeded, and the comprehensive gross profit of self-operated purchasing and investment promotion increased by 5.5%.
