On July 12, a delegation led by Paul Chan Mo-po, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, visited the retail cloud solution service provider DMALL. They inspected the retail store that had undergone digital and intelligent upgrading on the spot, and highly appreciated its business model, international development process, as well as technological innovation and application achievements.

The delegation led by Paul Chan Mo-po had an in-depth exchange with Zhang Wenzhong, the founder of DMALL, Zhang Feng, the president, Liu Guihai, the partner, and other representatives. They focused on discussing topics such as technological innovation, international development, financing, and talents, and affirmed the application of DMALL's digital system in the actual retail scenario.

In the store and warehouse, the delegation experienced the software and hardware products and devices such as the smart shopping cart, electronic price tag, smart scale, smart shopping equipment, DMALL APP, and mobile workbench. They truly experienced how the digital system is practically implemented in the retail scenario, throughout the entire process of the integrated online and offline business. Customers can shop online through the DMALL APP and check out offline by themselves, improving the shopping experience; store staff can link the electronic price tag, consult reports, and receive display and other operational tasks through the mobile workbench, improving work efficiency. The entire digital store uses tens of thousands of smart devices, operating efficiently under data-driven conditions to achieve cost reduction, efficiency increase, and energy conservation. For example, the inventory turnover days have been shortened to 10 days, which is much lower than the industry average of 40 - 50 days.

It is reported that DMALL's business has covered 6 countries and regions, including Hong Kong, China, Macao, China, Cambodia, Singapore, and Poland. Its well-known domestic and foreign retail clients include Metro China, Guangdong 7-Eleven, DFI, METRO AG, and Lawson, and it has set up a series of benchmark cases with the application results.

Zhang Wenzhong warmly welcomed the delegation led by Paul Chan Mo-po. He said that DMALL has settled in Hong Kong Cyberport and actively collaborated with the retail giant DFI to launch the retail membership platform yuu, which is widely popular among Hong Kong citizens. DMALL will continue to expand the scale of its Hong Kong company to contribute to the development of Hong Kong's digital economy.

In the future, DMALL will carry out more cooperation with the Hong Kong government and Cyberport to accelerate the advancement of international business and make more contributions to promoting the upgrading and transformation of the digital retail industry.
