Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration of China issued an announcement, approving and implementing the national standard GB/T 42500-2023 "Instant Delivery Service Specifications" proposed and centralized by the National Logistics Standardization Technical Committee. DMALL, as one of the main drafting units, jointly participated in the formulation of the standard.
It is reported that the "Instant Delivery Service Specifications" standard is applicable to enterprises, organizations and personnel engaged in the same-city instant logistics industry. The main contents include:
1. The basic definition and service scope requirements of same-city instant delivery;
2. The qualification requirements for enterprises, organizations and personnel engaged in same-city instant delivery;
3. The operational process specifications and requirements of same-city instant delivery;
4. The service quality requirements and dispute settlement mechanism of same-city instant delivery.
As a retail SaaS service provider, the ability to participate in the formulation of the national standard for instant delivery services stems from DMALL's years of exploration and achievements in distributed e-commerce fulfillment.
Since its establishment in 2015, DMALL has put forward the concept of distributed e-commerce, regarding each store of the supermarket as a warehouse node. DMALL's research and development of the fulfillment and delivery-related system is based on instant delivery and relies on DMALL OS to help merchants "one-click access" to various third-party platforms to achieve efficient and convenient operations while saving operating costs.
